INTERNAL RULES


During your stay at our establishment, we would appreciate it if you could respect the following internal provisions:

  1. Reservations and cancellations:

    • To make a reservation, the client should request availability via email (info@pensionguerrero.es) or by phone, specifying the number of people, price, and duration of the stay, to which we will respond within 24 hours.00 hours or immediately. Reservations can be made in several ways: either by phone for arrivals within two or three days; by providing credit card details if booking through the online reservation platform; or by paying a percentage of the stay via bank transfer if booking more than seven days in advance. The room will be reserved for the client who made the reservation or, failing that, for the person designated by the client.
    • The passenger who cancels their reservation is entitled to a refund of the deposit paid, provided that the cancellation is communicated to the company in writing via email. If the client does not use the accommodation on the requested date or fails to notify the Auberge of the cancellation seven days in advance, they will lose the deposit corresponding to the first night.
  2. Customer obligations:

    • Each guest must register their details in the registration book using their ID, passport, or driver's license (identifying any minors traveling under their responsibility). The company will reject accommodation for guests who do not meet these requirements.
    • All boarding services must be paid, either upon arrival or departure, in cash, debit card, or credit card.
    • The passenger must specify in the Admission Document or Registration Book their name, surname, arrival and departure dates, meal plan, room number, number of guests, accommodation price, and sign the document. Check-in time is from 13:00 hours onwards, and check-out time must be no later than 12:00 hours, otherwise a percentage of the reservation amount will be charged for the delay.
    • Guests may not accommodate persons other than those registered, and must inform reception in advance of any changes to the number or identification of the initially registered persons.
    • Groups of young people or schoolchildren under 18 years old must be accompanied by at least one responsible adult. Group leaders must stay at the inn and comply with the law regarding property damage or inventory loss.
    • The use of toxic drugs and narcotics is prohibited in any area of the establishment. Smoking is not allowed inside the guest house. The use of electrical appliances or other devices that may cause a fire is prohibited. Making noise, causing disturbances, or any act that disturbs other guests of the Pension is prohibited. From 22:00 hours, noise levels in all areas should be moderate. Please also respect silence in the corridors and stairs during the night. Absolute silence is requested from midnight onwards. Any behavior that may disturb other guests should be avoided. Damaging furniture, decorations, or property of the establishment, or using them inappropriately, is prohibited. The consumption of alcoholic beverages in common areas is prohibited, as is access or stay in the Guest House for intoxicated persons.
    • The company reserves the right to terminate the hosting service if the above prohibitions are violated, without the client being entitled to a reduction in their hosting bill or the services received, and may also be required to pay compensation for damages caused by their actions. Theft and intentional damage will be reported immediately.
    • The passenger must leave the keys to their room at reception when leaving the establishment.
  3. Retirement obligations:

    • PENSION GUERRERO, in providing its accommodation services, undertakes to respect the expressly agreed terms, in accordance with the nature of the accommodation and the rules and practices existing in the ordinances and laws in force in the country.
  4. Pets:

    • Basic general rules regulating the accommodation of clients with pets at Pensión Guerrero to ensure their stay is as pleasant as possible and does not cause any inconvenience to other guests.
    • The owner of the animal must keep it in proper hygienic and sanitary conditions.
    • Pets weighing up to approximately 15kg are allowed. (Always check with Pensión Guerrero before making the reservation).
    • Pets are not allowed to remain alone in the room for long periods of time to avoid potential disturbances or damage to the room furniture.
    • Customers are asked not to let their pets climb onto the beds.
    • Pets cannot be bathed in the bathrooms or showers of the rooms, nor can bathroom towels be used to clean and dry them.
    • Pensión Guerrero reserves the right to refuse pets that cause disturbances to other guests or display inappropriate behavior during their stay.
    • The owner is responsible for any damages caused by their pet, whether to third parties or to the furniture. In case of non-compliance with this regulation or causing material damages or inconvenience to other guests, Pensión Guerrero may penalize the client based on the damage caused, charging the corresponding amount on their final bill.
    • It is necessary to notify before making the reservation that you are traveling with a pet.

IMPORTANT: It is understood that at the time of making the reservation, the client must respect and adhere to the internal regulations of the Guest House, in accordance with all the points mentioned above.
